Hey there plant pals!
Welcome to our shipping policy – made just for our amazing New Zealand customers. Every time you place an order, we do a little happy dance! Thanks a bunch for supporting our small Kiwi business. You’re helping us grow – literally.
We’re still new on the scene, so our shelves are made to order, with a lead time of up to 2–3 weeks. But trust us, they’re worth the wait.
Everything else in the store? What you see is what we’ve got – stock levels update in real time.
Fast & Fabulous Shipping
Urban Jungle (Cities & Towns):
Once your order’s good to go, we’ll get it on the road quick-smart. Expect delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Our couriers move fast – think Philodendron-in-summer kind of speed.
Rural Roots (Rural Areas):
Out in the wops? No worries – we’ll have your leafy haul with you in 4–7 business days. Even the sheep will be stoked.
Note: Shipping timeframes may vary slightly due to public holidays or courier delays (yep, even plants take a break sometimes), but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving smoothly.
Overweight Orders:
Ordered something big and beautiful? If your package needs extra postage due to size or weight, we’ll get in touch before we start packing. No sneaky charges here.
Groovy Tracking
You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our planty HQ – so you can stalk your order like a Monstera looking for light. Easy as.
Special Delivery Days (for Live Plants)
Ordering a live plant baby? We only ship these on Mondays and Tuesdays to make sure they don’t spend the weekend trapped in a dark box. Plants need their sunlight – and we’ve got their backs. We will do our best to avoid long-term darkness, however we are at the mercy of the carrier.
Kiwi Kindness
Spreading some green love? Let us know if your order’s a gift, and we’ll include a handwritten note to make it extra sweet.
Planning a plant party or surprise? We’ll do our best to deliver on your chosen date – just give us at least 5 days’ notice so we can make the magic happen.
