• To start a refund or return, reach us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.  If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you a shipping label, as well as instructions for how and where to send your package.

Condition of Returns:

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We can’t accept items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Damages and issues
